How does the order process work?

The order process is very simple, all orders are placed online or via email.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is made in advance online by credit or debit card using PayPal, and you can also pay directly into our bank account, details on request

What format do you deliver your audio?

Voice over sessions are delivered by MP3 at 128 Kbps, 44100 Hz, mono and fully mixed audio is delivered by MP3 at 320 Kbps, 44100 Hz, stereo. You can also request your audio on CD P&P charges will apply.

How long until I get my audio?

We aim to turn projects around within 24 hours, this however depends on how busy we are and the scale of your project, we will keep you informed on you projects progress from start to finish.

Will you do free custom voice overs or jingles as a demo before we order?

No. We're very confident all our prices are low enough that any individual or business can afford our services and demos are up on the site so you can hear our work.

Can I use a voice over not listed on your site for my audio production?

Yes. If you have the dry voiceover we can produce it for you.
